The artwork is created using the marquetry technique, where each wooden piece is applied by hand. The tiger symbolizes power, protection, and good fortune. To achieve the perfect design, the wood undergoes a special 5,000-hour curing process, making it as light and flexible as paper.

The tray is coated with more than ten layers of lacquer and polished with water for 30 hours. This meticulous process gives the surface a silky-smooth finish while preserving the flawless beauty of the design.
