Supreme proficiency in tea culture
The Tie Guan Yin variety, featured in this BORK set, is an upcountry tea grown in Anxi in the south of Fujian province. The tea master Gao Peng Lai, a successor of centuries-old family secrets of growing fine tea, supervises the entire process, from collecting leaves to sorting.

Distinctive taste
Tie Guan Yin is one of the select oolong varieties, considered a true gem of tea culture. The tea leaves feature an intense green color and a fine shape. When brewed, the tea gets soft floral hints with a subtle fruit aftertaste.

Brewing method
Before adding water, let the petals open up in the pre-heated teapot. To achieve the right taste, don’t brew the tea for more than 20 seconds.
